So it's been 9 weeks since we've been allowed to run together as a group, it's been tough but we're keeping the team spirit alive doing the Rainbow Run 5K every Saturday ... Striders pulled out 4 teams last Saturday and put up a great fight with our team's coming 5, 10, 11 and 20 out of 26 ... not bad for a Club that were only together 11 weeks before lockdown 😆
